Do you take reservations throughout the
year?
We take reservations between March 1 and
the Monday after Thanksgiving. The cottages are closed during winter months.
Is an advance deposit required before we
arrive?
We charge your first night's lodging at

additional nights, we will collect for those after you arrive,
payable by charge card or cash as you wish.
What is your cancellation or no-show policy?
Once a reservation is made, you can cancel
it and receive a refund of your reservation deposit, less a $25
cancellation fee, as long as the cancellation is made at least
one week before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel on
shorter notice, or if you do not show up for your reservation at
all, we cannot refund the one-night's lodging you paid for at
the time your reservation was made, but we will cancel any
additional nights you may have reserved at no additional charge.
What is your checkout procedure?
Since any balance due on your account is
collected on your arrival day, you
don't need to locate us to check out. Just leave the cottage
door keys on the kitchen table and lock up as you leave.
Please leave things as you found them (no need to make the
beds...we'll be changing them and the towels). Doors and windows
should be locked. All dishes should be washed and put away.
Please remove any opened food from the refrigerator and cabinets
and place it in the trash receptacle outside the cottage.
