Rates to rent our furnished cottages, including the electric kart, are as follows:

Wits End Cottage
(suggested occupancy up to 5 people)
- $120 per night on weekdays (MTWTh) for up to four people
  (+ $10 per night for each additional person, up to 6 people maximum)
  + 9.25% tax.
  We require a 2-night minimum stay during major holidays.
- $145 per night for weekend nights (FSaSu) for up to four people
  (+ $10 per night for each additional person, up to 6 people maximum)
  + 9.25% tax.
  We require a 2-night minimum stay for weekend nights and during major holidays.
Canebrake Cottage:
(suggested occupancy up to 3 people)
- $100 per night on weekdays (MTWTh) for up to two people
  (+ $10 per night for each additional person, up to 4 people maximum)
  plus 9.25% tax.
- $125 per night for weekend nights (FSaSu) for up to two people
  (+ $10 per night for each additional person, up to 4 people maximum)
  plus 9.25% tax.
  We require a 2-night minimum stay during major holidays.
$725 per week (any 7-day period) for one or two, + $10 per extra person per night (plus 9.25% tax).

Small pets are welcome. An additional $10 per night fee is charged for each pet you bring.

Earliest check-in time: 3:00 p.m. (You can arrive earlier, but the cottage may not be ready yet.)

Latest check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Please observe the check-out time as we must have time to ready the cottages for newly arriving guests.

We appreciate payment by cash, Visa, or MasterCard.

We take reservations between March 1 and November 30. The Cottages are closed during winter months.

We do not require an advance deposit. Your cottage reservation is secured with your credit card at the time the reservation is made, but no advance charges will be made to your credit card. At your time of arrival we will make the charges to the card, or to another card, or you can pay with cash.

No security deposit is required. We understand that accidents do occur which can cause property damage. If one happens, please notify us. Perhaps it can be rectified, though any damages beyond our ability to repair may be charged to your credit card.

Once a reservation is made, you can cancel it with no charges as long as the cancellation is made at least one week before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel on shorter notice, or if you do not show up for your reservation at all, we must charge you for one-night's lodging.

Since you pay us on your arrival day, you don't need to locate us to check out. Just leave the cottage door keys on the kitchen table and lock up as you leave.

Please leave things as you found them (no need to make the beds...we'll be changing them and the towels). Doors and windows should be locked. All dishes should be washed and put away. Please remove any opened food from the refrigerator and cabinets and place it in the trash receptacle outside the cottage.
