Wits End Cottage
(suggested occupancy up to 6 people)
- $140/night on weekdays (MTWTh) for up to two people, with a double (full size) bed in the bedroom and two twin beds in the loft (+ $15 per night for each additional person, up to 6 people maximum, with 2 people on a futon) + 9.75%tax. We require a 2-night minimum stay
- $165/night for weekend nights (FSaSu) for up to two people, with a double (full size) bed in the bedroom and two twin beds in the loft (+ $15 per night for each additional person, up to 6 people maximum, with 2 people on a futon) + 9.75%tax.
- If you'd like to stay a full week in Wits End, the cost is $860 (any 7-day period) for up to 2 people, + $15 per extra person per night (plus 9.75% tax).
Firefly Cottage/Treehouse:
(suggested occupancy up to 2 adults and 2 children)
- $145 per night on weekdays (MTWTh) for up to two people in the queen size bed (+ $15 per night for each additional child, up to 2 children maximum, with the children on a futon sofa bed in the bedroom). plus 9.75%tax. We require a 2-night minimum stay
- $170 per night for weekend nights (FSaSu) for up to two people in the queen size bed (+ $15 per night for each additional child, up to 2 children maximum, with the children on a futon sofa bed in the bedroom) plus 9.75% tax.
- If you'd like to stay a full week in Firefly, the cost is $895 (any 7-day period) for one or two people (plus 9.75% tax).
Canebrake Cottage:
(suggested occupancy up to 4 people)
- $125 per night on weekdays (MTWTh) for up to two people in a queen size bed (+ $15 per night for each additional person, up to 4 people maximum, with two on a futon) plus 9.75% tax. We require a 2-night minimum stay.
- $150 per night for weekend nights (FSaSu) for up to two people in a queen size bed (+ $15 per night for each additional person, up to 4 people maximum, with two on a futon) plus 9.75% tax.
- If you'd like to stay a full week in Canebrake, the cost is $755 (any 7-day period) for one or two people, + $15 per extra person per night (plus 9.75% tax).
Animals
Small house-broken dogs are welcome. An additional $20 per night fee is charged for each pet you bring. We must have a credit card on file for any guest bringing pets. Guests will be responsible for any damage or injury done by the pet, including replacement cost of any furniture damaged. Pets must never be left alone in the cottages.
Earliest check-in time
3:00 p.m. It's OK to contact us to see if it might be possible for you to check in early. Check-in is easy, your cabin will be unlocked and ready for you by 3pm
Latest check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
Please observe the check-out time as we must have time to ready the cottages for newly arriving guests.
Payment Methods We Accept
We appreciate payment by cash, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
We take reservations
Reservations can be made year round online or by calling us at 870-248-0859.
Reservation Deposit:
We charge your first night's lodging at the time your reservation is made. This assures that the cottage will be held for the date(s) you have requested. If you stay for additional nights, we will collect for those after you arrive, payable by charge card or cash as you wish. We understand that accidents do occur which can cause property damage. If one happens, please notify us. Perhaps it can be rectified, though any damages beyond our ability to repair may be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
Once a reservation is made, you can cancel it and receive a refund of your reservation deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee, as long as the cancellation is made at least one week before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel on shorter notice, or if you do not show up for your reservation at all, we cannot refund the one-night's lodging you paid for at the time your reservation was made, but we will cancel any additional nights you may have reserved at no additional charge.
Since you pay us any balance due on your account upon your arrival, you don't need to locate us to check out. Just leave the cottage door keys on the kitchen table and lock up as you leave.
Please leave things as you found them (no need to make the beds...we'll be changing them and the towels). Doors and windows should be locked. All dishes should be washed and put away. Please remove any opened food from the refrigerator and cabinets and place it in the trash receptacle outside the cottage. An extra cleaning fee of $50.00 will be applied to your account if there is an excessive amount of cleanup after your visit
